House
Our house is a semi-detached bungalow, very well located in the park and only 50m from the reception and the pools. Despite the fact that the houses are all identical in terms of format and layout, there is still quite a bit of difference in comfort as a result of the location within the park, it’s accessibility and especially the views, this is where our bungalow stands out because it has one of the best views!
Because this ideal location you don’t only have unobstructed panoramic views over the Mediterranean Sea, Calpe and the mountain from both terraces, you can also enjoy the sunshine during the whole day.
The house consisting of two floors and offers 3 bedrooms & two bathrooms. It’s especially modified for less mobile people. The entry is provided with a ramp, the shower on the main floor has a low step-in and has a seat inside and there are guardrails on the stairs and in the bathtub on the first floor.
On the ground floor you will find the living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bedroom with a bunk and a separate bed. There is also a bathroom with a shower a sink and a toilet.
On the first floor you have a bedroom with two single beds and the master bedroom with a double bed and a private terrace. On this floor you have the second bathroom with a sink, a bathtub and a toilet.
The House was built to comfortably accommodate up to 7 people during the summer, and is ideal for one or two couples to hibernate during the winter months.
Furthermore on each floor there are spacious terraces, which are South, South-East oriented, providing a place in the Sun from the coffee at breakfast to the pousse-cafe after dinner.
The bungalow is equipped with air conditioning/heating (air circulation). There is a washing machine, private Wi-Fi and decoded satellite with international TV channels available in the home.
Resort
The Imperial Park Resort concerns one of the most prestigious holiday parks set up along the Costa Blanca, and was built in 2003 on a hill which makes that (most of) the houses offer an exceptionally beautiful panoramic view over the Mediterranean Sea, the Peñon de Ifach, and the city skyline of Calpe.
It is an ideal place for a peaceful holiday on the Costa Blanca with your family, surrounded by green, and yet close to the city centre.
The Resort consists of private homes, and a truly fantastic and amazing water park, featuring 6 different continuous-swimming pools, linked together by bridges, waterfalls and slides, and interrupted by green sunbathing areas. There are comfortable “free” sun loungers at your disposal either next to the swimming pools or on a place in the shade of one of the many palm trees or umbrellas next to the different terraces. At the very bottom level, you will find a section specifically for the little ones, with a shallow children’s pool with climbing tower. Through the entire season, all pools are under the close eye of skilled rescuers.
SPA-Wellness (temporarily closed)
The Imperial Park features a private spacious 2000m² SPA-Wellness with an indoor swimming pool, saunas, Jacuzzis, Turkish baths, and the ability to give you “a la carte” treatments is located underneath the reception of the park. A treatment can be booked (optional) at the reception.
During the season, there is a (free) shuttle bus commuting from the reception desk to the different beaches and supermarkets in the area. A place on the bus can be reserved at the reception desk a day in advance. A car is therefore not critical, though I would suggest one, since there is a breath-taking Inland really worth to be discovered. The Costa Blanca is much more than just beautiful beaches cocktail-bars and hamburger restaurants. And renting a car in Spain doesn’t have to be expensive at all. The hotel also offers the possibility to scroll to the different buffets if desired, as part of a formula, or expendable. A possible formula can be booked on site.
During the season Imperial Park is the perfect place to relax and enjoy Calpe and his neighbourhood. Off-season the private houses of the resort are the place to be for having a quit holiday near to the centre of Calpe and the perfect base for cyclers!
Calpe
You have the choice between long stretches of white sandy beach of Calpe, easily accessible by car, or the more authentic and quiet Bay-Beach of la Fustera at walking distance (1 mile) from the resort. There are plenty of supermarkets in Calpe, including Aldi\’s and Lidl, Mercadonna, Consum, Mas-y-Mas,… You can also find a local food shop within walking distance of the park.
Calpe is known in the cycling scene as an ideal destination to organize training camps. After all, the average temperature is about 15 degrees above ours, and on top of that, the sun shines more than 300 days a year, what makes that even January-February are ideal to eat some asphalt.
The soft, sun-drenched spring and fall periods are ideal for a day on the green. For as little as 13 euros can make you can put all 9 holes twice, with a breathtaking view over the Mediterranean Sea.
Prices
The rental prices are per week and always from Saturday till Saturday. Only during the winter period our house can be booked per day with a minimum of 1 week. For long term bookings during this period we give you a discount of 50% by booking with a minimum of 4 weeks! Because most of our guests travel by plane, and the baggage allowance is limited, we offer ‘voluminous’ pieces as much as possible for hire.

The final cleaning costs €150 and is mandatory.
